INTERNATIONAL fpa Return Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below to ensure a smooth process.

 

✅ Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned for the following reasons:

• Customer ordering error

• Product defect or warranty issue

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from INTERNATIONAL fpa. You’ll need to provide either your order number or invoice number.

 


 

📦 Return Authorization Required

Before returning any item, you must request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, using the RGA request form below:

• Request the RGA within 15 working days of receiving your product.

• Return the item within 30 days of receiving the RGA. (Return will be void after 30 days)

• Clearly display the RGA number on the outside of the return package.

All returns must be shipped prepaid (FOB destination).

 


 

🚚 Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling fees on expedite option are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an INTERNATIONAL fpa error.

 


 

🔄 Returns Due to Customer Order Error

If you’ve ordered the wrong item:

• The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

• It must be free of marks or coatings unless originally sold that way.

• Items must be in new resalable condition.

A restocking fee will apply:

• Minimum of $20 or 25% of the product price, whichever is greater.

• Additional charges may apply if the item is returned damaged.

 


 

🛠️ Warranty Returns

If your item qualifies for a warranty return, the manufacturer’s warranty terms will apply.

 


 

⚠️ Returns Due to INTERNATIONAL fpa Error or Product Defect

If we made an error or the item is defective:

• The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

• It must be free of marks or coatings unless sold that way.

• Item must be in new saleable condition.

We will provide a full refund, including expedite freight charges where applicable, if the return is made within 30 days of RGA approval. Defective products may also be exchanged for a new one.
